Farmlands
We operate more than 30 farmlands on the best soils of the coastal region (Litoral) and south region of the country, in the departments of Colonia, Soriano, Río Negro, Paysandú and San José.
We work with a large variety of crops, namely Wheat, Barley, Canola, Soybean, Corn, Clover, Rye Grass and Fescue, with an intensive and sustainable production that not only guarantees the best possible yields but also ensures long-term care of soils.
As to livestock production, we conduct breeding, rearing and fattening plans custom according to the characteristics of each farmland.
We work our fields following the highest soil conservation standards so as to preserve the quality of the resource in the long term, being the first agribusiness company in the country to have earned the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification, issued by UNIT in Uruguay and by AENOR internationally.
In the last 19 years, ADL’s technical team has analyzed more than 350,000 hectares and has planted about 500,000 hectares of crops on over 90,000 hectares of land across 14 provinces, what gives us a thorough knowledge of the productivity of all the soils in the country.
Certifications

INVESTMENT FUNDS
We develop investment funds intended for pension funds, family offices and other institutional investors.
Carefully selected and sustainably managed agricultural land is one of the best investments to maintain and increase capital in the long term. The value of the land has a 7-8% compound annual growth rate (CAGR), to which the income from agricultural operations is added.
FINANCIAL TRUST
• Objective: acquisition of land in the best agricultural-livestock fields in the country to conduct rainfed and irrigated agriculture.
• Subscribed mainly by Local Institutional Investors.
• Launch of TIERRAS DEL LITORAL I: September 2018.
• Launch of TIERRAS DEL LITORAL II: October 2021.
